胎膜早破(PROM)是危害母嬰健康的產科常見病，發病率約占分娩總數的3.03％—21.9％。胎膜破裂后，由于屏障作用消失，將引起:羊膜腔感染、早產、圍產期感染、敗血癥、新生兒窒息等嚴重的并發癥，因此胎膜早破一直受到產科界的關注。本實驗采用ELISA的方法，分別測定胎膜早破孕婦及正常晚期妊娠婦女血漿、羊水中MMP-9水平和羊水中白介素6(IL-6)水平，及在胎膜早破患者羊水中MMP-9和白介素6(IL-6)相關性的研究。
